Manual Handling
ND Training Services provides a half day Course, to instruct employees in the theory and practice of safe manual handling. Thus enabling them to lift and move loads in accordance with good manual handling techniques.A maximum of twelve trainees may attend a course. The course involves a theory and practical session followed by assessments. A classroom space is required. Powerpoint presentations and training DVDs are used as teaching aids. The courses are intensive and interactive. Discussion and feedback are encouraged at all times.
On successful completion of the theoretical and practical assessments we issue certificates for your employees’ Training/Personnel File. Certification is valid for three years.
Our Trainer is a National Irish Safety Organisation [NISO] approved Manual Handling Instructor and Assessor.
